Full Service Fun Fair
This plan is designed for first time Fun Fair schools. It is the only program for which we provide an event manager. We will stay and help the chairperson and volunteers with any questions. Here's how it works:

  1. Choose 6 to 12 games at $20.00 each.
    We have a list of 25 to 30 carnival games that have been proven winners with children. Each game will come with a red and white striped barrier booth. Some games will require tables, which you need to provide.
  2. Redemption Center (on consignment) ($500.00 minimum)
    We will send you a pre-packaged selection of prize merchandise (redemption center). Prizes range from 5 cents to $15.00 - 1 point to 350 points. You pay for the prizes that you give away. All others are returnable to us. You check in the items, have your volunteers run the table, and count in the returned items at the end. We help you figure out your bill from that. Each package has approximately $1,300.00 in merchandise, so you should have plenty of prizes. Keep in mind that your ticket sales should be more than covering the cost of your prizes. We can make suggestions on how to run your Fun Fair for profit!
  3. Event Manager/Delivery       $125.00
    Our event manager will arrive 2 hours prior to the start of your Funfair to help you set up. The event manager will explain the games to you and your volunteers answer any quetions during the Fun Fair, help take down our equipment at the end, and help you figure out your bill. We do ask that you have at least 3 adult volunteers to help set up and take down the Fun Fair equipment.
  4. Extras
    Choose any of the extras you want to add to your carnival, such as concession machines, tickets, inflatable rides, and much more. Please refer to the Extra's Page to make selections!

 


Drop Off Fun Fair
This program is designed for experienced Funfair schools. Fun Services will deliver your items on Friday morning and pick them up on Monday afternoon. Here's how it works:

  1. Choose 6 to 12 games at $20.00 each.
    We have a list of 25 to 30 carnival games that have been proven winners with children. Each game will come with a red and white striped barrier booth. Some games will require tables, which you need to provide.
  2. Redemption Center (on consignment) ($400.00 minimum)
    We will send you a pre-packaged selection of prize merchandise (redemption center). Prizes range from 5 cents to $15.00 - 1 point to 350 points. You pay for the prizes that you give away. All others are returnable to us. You check in the items, have your volunteers run the table, and count in the returned items at the end. We help you figure out your bill from that. Each package has approximately $1,300.00 in merchandise, so you should have plenty of prizes. Keep in mind that your ticket sales should be more than covering the cost of your prizes. We can make suggestions on how to run your Funfair for profit!
  3. Delivery       $50.00 (Trailer Drop-off)*
    Our driver will arrive on Thursday or Friday morning at a time prearranged to deliver your items. They will explain the tiems you choose. Our driver will return at a prearranged time to pick up the trailer. Payment is due at the time of pickup.

    *Fun Services will be using a trailer that is about the size of a van to drop off the event. You will need to have a space for the trailer to park from which it is easy for you to unload the equipment. We will lock the hitch down and you will be supplied with a key for the back end doors.
  4. Extras

Pick Up Package
This package is for those schools exerienced in planning Funfairs and that are located close to our warehouse. You get to pick up your games and booths and prizes from our Cuyahoga Falls warehouse on Thursday from 3:00 - 5:00 p.m. and return them the following Monday. Here's how it works:

Prize Only Package
Do you have your own games and just need prizes? This plan is great for you. We have 2 ways to order prizes. Here's how it works:

  1. Redemption Center (on consignment) ($300.00 minimum)
    You use our redemption center with prizes ranging from 1 point to 350 points, 5 cents to $15.00. You only pay for the prizes that you give away. All others are returnable to Fun Services once you give away at least $300.00 worth (if you give away more than $300.00 you do owe for those prizes also). You can pick up your redemption center from our Cuyahoga Falls warehouse or you can pay the shipping charges to have it shipped to you via UPS.
  2. Catalog Order
    You pick your prizes out of our catalog. You choose and purchase whatever prizes you want. Call us to place your order. These prizes are not on consignment and you do pay for them in advance. You keep all of the leftovers. You can pick up your order at our Cuyahoga Falls warehouse or pay to have it shipped to you by UPS.

Non Consignment Packages
These options are for schools that would like to know exactly what they would spend in advance for their carnival.

  1. 10 games with red and white striped booth fronts, 5 rolls of 25 cent tickets, 5 rolls of redemption tickets, $500.00 in prize merchandise ranging from 5 cents to $15.00, 1 concession machine with 200 servings, delivery and pickup.

Cost of Package:       $867.00

  1. 10 games with red and white striped booth fronts, 5 rolls of 25 cent tickets, 5 rolls of redemption tickets, $500.00 in prize merchandise ranging from 5 cents to $15.00, 1 concession machine with 200 servings, a Jupiter Jump Air Ride, delivery and pickup.

Cost of Package:       $1,117.00

  1. 12 games with red and white striped booth fronts, 5 rolls of 25 cent tickets, 5 rolls of redemption tickets, $800.00 in prize merchandise ranging from 5 cents to $15.00, 2 concession machines with 200 servings each, a Jupiter Jump Air Ride, delivery and pickup.

Cost of Package:       $1,399.00
